Astartes Security was engaged by a CEO to investigate serious allegations of gross misconduct within their business. Due to the seriousness of these allegations, we were tasked with providing an Executive Protection team to accompany the CEO throughout the investigation process.

Understanding the client's concerns, we began by gathering Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) on the individuals involved. This intelligence was used to create a detailed threat and risk assessment, allowing our Executive Protection team to meticulously plan the logistics for the client's arrival.

Our team coordinated the transportation of the client and their legal team, ensuring a seamless transfer to secure, pre-checked accommodation. This thorough preparation allowed the client to focus solely on the investigation, assured that all other aspects were under control.

Ahead of the client's arrival, we sanitised all interview locations, guaranteeing a secure environment. Our Executive Protection team managed the logistics of the interviews, screening each individual before escorting them to the client. This procedure ensured that the client could conduct interviews without concerns of being disturbed, secretly recorded, or otherwise compromised. Our team was prepared to terminate any interview if necessary.

After the interviews, the client confirmed the allegations and promptly removed the individuals from the business. This decisive action restored normalcy within the organisation. Subsequently, our Executive Protection team facilitated the safe return of the client and their legal team.
